ABSTRACT

Based on their behavior, genesis, or intrinsic properties, soils can be divided into various categories (soil morphology). Different disease theories and changes in the significance of physical characteristics to various land uses may have an impact on the classification approach. In contrast, a technical system approach to soil classification divides soils into categories according to their suitability for a certain purpose and their edaphic characteristics. In this chapter, the soil is categorized utilizing the fuzzy C-Means algorithms. The performance of the algorithm is compared with that of other traditional machine learning techniques. The results of the experiment demonstrate that the suggested technique achieved better accuracy when compared to the alternatives.
