ABSTRACT

The analysis of economic aspects of Fenton process is necessary for using method in industry. The initial estimation of the cost of the process shows us the cost-effectiveness of the process and includes the costs of reagents, utilities, and infrastructure maintenance. It is important to select optimal process parameters or to use ecological energy sources, thanks to which the costs of the method can be significantly reduced. Cost of process depends on energy prices, reagent costs, type of contaminants in the process and equipment. Thus, there is lots of parameters, which affect the cost of the process and decided about using method in industry.
