ABSTRACT
There is much concern today over information sharing across various medical institutions, the loss or misuse of shared patient data and the lack of security. This study explores the application of blockchain to medical records. Related areas also discussed include the internet of things (IoT), data management, medical record sharing, image sharing, log management security, the privacy of electronic medical records (EMRs), and the medical supply chain.
