ABSTRACT
This article deals with legal issues arising from virtual collaboration in hybrid teams. The article focuses on how collaboration in hybrid teams can be legally organized. In doing so, classical forms of organization, as societies, are contrasted with freer forms of collaboration and it is explained how these can be legally supplemented with new technological possibilities. Finally, the article shows which general legal challenges arise from international collaboration.
