Street food has always been an integral part of every culture. From mouthwatering spicy and tangy food items to soothing sweet tooth cravings, street food comprises an indispensable part of all cultures across the world. The street food economy boosts countries’ tourism and is especially very beneficial for countries that heavily rely upon tourism. Usually, street food vendors comprise of a large chunk of unorganized sector and provide employment to a variety of groups who cannot find otherwise find employment easily, especially rural migrants.
