ABSTRACT

An Internet connection, in which we can individually connect multiple nodes, gives us all sorts of benefits that just were not possible before. If you are old enough, think of your cell phone before it was a smartphone. You could call and you could text, sure, but now you can read any book, watch any movie, or listen to any song all in the palm of your hand. The fact is that interfacing things to the Internet yields many astonishing advantages. We have all seen these advantages with our cell phones, workstations, and tablets; however, this is valid for all the other things as well. Also, indeed, we really do mean the world. The Internet of Things (IoT) is really a straightforward idea; it implies taking every one of the actual spots and things on the planet and interfacing them to the Internet. This part covers bits of knowledge to the fundamental, design, applications, and security parts of IoT.
