ABSTRACT

The Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method assumes direct and proportional dependences of the significance and utility degree of the available alternatives under the presence of mutually conflicting criteria. The COPRAS method adopts a step-wise ranking and evaluating procedure of the alternatives in terms of their significance and utility degree. While employing COPRAS method, Gadakh proposed an effective decision-making framework for solving vendor selection problems. Applying COPRAS method, Goran et al. solved a problematic ranking problem of cadastral municipalities where land consolidation would be performed based on effective land management approach. The ranking performance of two MCDM tools was observed to be almost similar with slight variations in the intermediate rankings of the mobiles.
