ABSTRACT

The combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) method is developed while integrating WSM and WPM techniques, taking into consideration the compromise solutions. Barua et al. integrated Taguchi methodology with CoCoSo method for studying the mechanical behavior of hybrid natural fiber reinforced nano-SiC particle composites, considering ultimate tensile strength, density, and flexural strength as the responses. Kumar & Verma applied CoCoSo method to determine the optimal settings of drill speed, feed, and percentage of graphene oxide for achieving the most desired values of average surface roughness, mean roughness depth and circularity error, while performing machining operation on graphene nanocomposites. Principal component analysis was also adopted to investigate the influences of drilling parameters on the considered responses.
