ABSTRACT

At present, technology has evolved in such a way that no longer does a machine interact with another machine; it also thinks like a human. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technology has changed the way brands and users interact with each other. AI replicates human intellect in computers, it is often used for Machine Learning and speech recognition. Marketers use this technology to understand consumer behavior to offer and customize their products to meet user demand. AI offers a more personalized shopping experience to customers. The IoT involves real-time complex computation with the interconnected systems in a network, namely the internet without human intervention. Intelligent systems can be built by incorporating AI and the IoT which simulate human intelligence to assist in better decision-making with either less or no input from the user. IoT is the prime catalyst to boost digital marketing and social media marketing.
