ABSTRACT

In order to explore the optimal mixing ratio of foamed concrete under the dosage of a bubble group, brick powder, water-material ratio and HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), orthogonal experiments with 4 factors and 5 levels were carried out to determine the optimal mixing ratio of foamed concrete through the efficiency coefficient method. The results showed that the compressive strength of foamed concrete decreased with the increase of bubble group content, gradually decreased with the increase of brick powder content, increased first and then decreased with the increase of water-material ratio, and gradually increased first and then decreased with the increase of HPMC content. When the mixing ratio of foamed concrete is 3% bubble group content, 30% brick powder content, 0.55 water-material ratio and 0.05% HPMC content, the efficiency coefficient value is the maximum, that is, the optimal mixing ratio of foamed concrete with brick powder is A1B3C3D3. According to the range analysis table, the factors affecting the performance of foamed concrete from high to low are foam content > water-material ratio >HPMC content > brick powder content.
