ABSTRACT

Through the method of experimental monitoring, the temperature inside the concrete of the steam curing concrete box girder is monitored to evaluate the cracking risk during the steam curing process, the shrinkage change of the concrete under the steam curing condition is studied, and the prestress loss of the concrete beam do research. The results show that the maximum temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete box girder during the steam curing process is less than 20°C, the risk of cracking is small, and the shrinkage of the concrete develops rapidly during the steam curing process, and the shrinkage after the steam curing is smaller than that of the standard curing concrete, and after tensioning, the prestress loss of the cured specimen is less than that of the standard curing. Compared with the precast and curing process of traditional precast beams, the steam curing process can rapidly increase the strength of concrete, the compressive strength of concrete can reach the level of standard curing for 28 days within 24 hours under proper curing conditions.
