ABSTRACT

The rebound rate of wet shotcrete is directly related to the construction cost and quality. In practice, the technical index of the rebound rate of wet-sprayed concrete cannot be effectively controlled, and the rebound rate is relatively high. Therefore, the influence analysis of the rebound rate of wet-sprayed concrete based on the analysis of aggregate characteristics is put forward. In this paper, three projects, Nantian No.6 bid, Renzun No.4 bid and Chongzun No.8 bid, are taken as the research objects. From the two characteristics of aggregate particle size and aggregate stone powder content, ten working conditions are designed, namely, the coarse aggregate particle size of 13.2 mm, 9.5 mm, 4.75 mm, 2.36 mm and 0.6 mm, and fine aggregate stone powder content of 47.5%, 50%, 52%, 56% and 60%. At the same time, the laser section scanner is used to measure the rebound data, calculate the rebound rate, and analyze the influence of aggregate particle size and aggregate stone powder content on the rebound rate of wet-sprayed concrete. The results show that aggregate particle size and aggregate stone powder content have a great influence on the rebound rate of concrete. There is a positive correlation between aggregate particle size and the rebound rate of wet-sprayed concrete, and the rebound rate can be reduced by an appropriate amount of aggregate stone powder. When the aggregate stone powder content is 52%, the rebound rate is the lowest.
