ABSTRACT
In response to the development of modern engineering technology to build buildings with longer service life, it is necessary to study new materials with special mechanical properties. In this paper, the structural mechanical properties of a bridge when using the negative Poisson ratio material are studied. A finite element analysis of the structure is carried out, which can more intuitively sense the influence of the use of the material on the structural mechanical properties of the bridge.
