ABSTRACT

In recent years, the space structure has made great progress in China, especially the flat grid, which is the fastest-growing and most widely used. Inspired by the reinforced concrete ribbed floor system, this paper conceives a ribbed flat grid structure, which changes the traditional double-layer grid structure into a local three-layer grid structure, and arranges the ribs according to certain rules. It is a new type of grid structure system, which can not only apply to the local prestressed structure but also reduce the overall structure height of the grid structure. In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the common grid structure and the ribbed grid structure system, taking the surrounding support pyramid system as an example, the MST2020 spatial structure analysis software was used to compare and analyze the internal force, stress ratio, structural deformation, structural weight and other parameters of a common grid structure, the ribbed grid structure, the number of ribs, height, type and other design parameters of the ribbed grid structure was set, and finally, finite element calculation was carried out. The structural advantages and engineering feasibility of large-span stiffened steel space truss are verified. Compared with the ordinary space truss, the stiffened space truss has higher structural stiffness, reasonable internal force distribution, and better economic performance.
