ABSTRACT
With the development of modern industrial technology, the construction of houses can be made in batches like machine production. Prefabricated building components are shipped to the site and assembled. The emergence of prefabricated buildings is an important direction for the transformation and development of the construction industry to intelligence, industrialization and information technology. With the increasing novelty of prefabricated buildings, people also put forward higher requirements for construction technology. This paper mainly discusses the key technology of prefabricated building construction from the supporting technology of prefabricated building, node waterproof technology, hoisting construction technology, speed and other aspects, so as to provide a theoretical and practical basis for prefabricated building construction.
