ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of the global economy and the rapid leap of trade globalization, port terminals, as a transit platform connecting waterway transportation and other modes of transportation, play a vital role in the development of global trade. In recent years, with the rapid growth of container terminal throughput, the automation construction of container terminals has received extensive attention from countries around the world. In this paper, by analyzing the scheduling mode of quay cranes and AGVs that affect the loading and unloading efficiency of automated terminals, in order to achieve the purpose of synchronously optimizing the scheduling of quay cranes and AGVs, the coordinated scheduling of quay cranes and AGVs is selected as the optimization object. Using the scheduling mode of the operation surface, considering the constraints of continuous tasks, equipment resources, operation time, and the floating state of ships, and taking the minimization of the maximum completion time of all tasks as the scheduling optimization goal, a coordinated scheduling optimization model of quay crane and AGV is established. The optimization model is closer to the actual working situation and has better practical significance.
