ABSTRACT

The first-beam-then-arch method, commonly used in the beam-arch combination system, has the problems of a long construction period, high cost and high requirements in the construction environment. Relying on the rapid reconstruction project of Beijing Road in Suqian, in view of the problems existing in the current process, an integrated launching technology that can be used for the beam-arch combination system is proposed, which realizes the efficient construction of beam-arch bridges across the river and under high traffic pressure. The ANSYS software is used to analyze the force of the beam-arch combined launching platform in the whole launching process. And the key control parameters and calculation methods in the construction process are studied. The results show that the structural strength and stiffness of the beam-arch combination integrated launching platform can meet the construction requirements under different combinations of loads and working conditions, which provides a technical reference for the integrated construction of the beam-arch combination system.
