ABSTRACT

Aiming at the problems of difficult control and high energy consumption of existing office buildings in the communication industry, based on the integration and application of BIM, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies and digital twins, this paper explores the construction theory and mode of intelligent building management platform based on the original various management platforms. Relying on the transformation project of an intelligent building management platform of an office building in the communication industry in Lanzhou, the research theory is applied in the actual existing buildings, and good results have been achieved. The application results show that: (1) according to the completed drawings and the actual situation of the site, the professional models and functional modules can be presented better by professional evaluation, data collation, clear standards and platform construction, etc, implementation building a smart building management platform; (2) It can realize the sharing and communication between the original management platform and the data of all kinds of sensors in the field and the model, achieve the effect of digital twinning intelligence management, and initially achieve the goals of energy saving and emission reduction and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in the existing buildings. It is of certain reference significance to the construction of the following practical digital twinning intelligent building management platform project.
