ABSTRACT

To offer a theoretical analysis and support for similar large-scale lifting equipment to walking launching equipment, this paper mainly introduces the design, application, and performance simulation of a throttling and speed-regulating hydraulic system for a 1200t walking launching equipment. Based on the requirements of functional design and construction conditions of the walking launching hydraulic system, the overall power of the system, key valves, pipelines, and other key components are selected, calculated, and analyzed in detail. The hydraulic system is mathematically modeled, and the parameters of the hydraulic system are simulated and improved by MATLAB. It provides certain practical guiding significance and theoretical value to the technical analysis of the hydraulic system of the existing launching equipment.
