ABSTRACT
This paper fully enumerates the experiences and practices of some counties (districts) in the process of establishing the standard in Yunnan Province in such aspects as agricultural water-saving, industrial water-saving transformation technology, and water-saving publicity, and summarizes the achievements of industrial water-use efficiency, water-saving carrier construction and water-saving fund investment. Besides, it expounds and analyzes the existing problems in the utilization level of reclaimed water, the precise subsidy and water-saving incentive mechanism of agricultural water use, the establishment of water efficiency leaders, and water-saving benchmark units.
