ABSTRACT
In today’s pandemic situation, the oxygen level decreases day by day for many patients who have been infected with covid-19. We apply the trees plantation technique to increase the oxygen level and to control carbon emission. Preorder discounts online payment facilities are useful for both retailers and customers. In this chapter, we developed a preorder discount and online payment facility on an inventory model during a covid-19 pandemic. Our aim is to maximize the total profit. The numerical example is carried out to find the numerical value of total profit. Sensitivity analysis is carried out to see the behavior of different parameters on total profit and cycle length. The numerical results show that the online payment facility is better than the traditional payment facility. Also, we obtain maximum profit when carbon emission is less than its cap. Besides, when increasing the CO2 absorption rate of trees, GHG emission is minimum, and we get maximum profit.
