ABSTRACT

The response surface method is used to systematically optimize the molding process of the asphalt mixture SMA-13 with optimal value of the road performance as the goal. First of all, according to the Box-Behnken design theory in the response surface method, establish the response surface models of the indicators of the pavement performance; then, base on different use conditions, the evaluation indicators of the pavement performance, including low temperature split strength, freeze-thaw split strength ratio, and dynamic stability, are used to distribute the weights by use of Analytic Hierarchy Process, so as to seek the optimal value of each factor and pavement performance, so that the entire molding process of snowmelt agent added asphalt mixture is more flexible, logical and predictable.
