ABSTRACT
Digitalization is an essential requirement for everyone, providing better services through the IoT and many other computational platforms. The “smart city” is one of the major initiatives in this area where the focus is on managing various rare natural energy resources in an efficient way to gain effective utilization and reproduction of green energy elements since energy is a most crucial aspect of the computational process; therefore, work is needed on energy resource planning and utilization strategies. This chapter considers the fundamental knowledge of managing green energy resources and the effective utilization of computing resources through the IoT and smart project initiatives. The chapter will primarily help beginners who are new to this area to gain fundamental clarification in the area of green energy and computational technologies. The authors also consider experienced learners in the green energy area who are looking to extend their research work for the better management and enhancement of computational energy.
