ABSTRACT

Everyone in India is alarmed when an accident occurs in one of the country’s many industries. As important as providing high-quality products are sectors that address environmental protection, world-related safety, and security while in the workplace. All of these challenges necessitate the presence of a top-level executive, administrator, director, or officer to manage them. Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) divisions are referred to as EHS or HSE departments. Indian industry’s senior management is often unable to implement proper safety measures in the workplace. A wireless sensor network based on the Augmented Data Recognizing (ADR) algorithm is proposed, in which each node is a computational platform that incorporates many industrial factors. A central BEAGLEBK controller server receives the measured data through WIFI and compares it with standard threshold readings to set crucial warnings in the event of a worker safety violation. The sensor node and beagle bone communicate via WIFI as a backbone. Using an augmented data recognising method, this study describes the system’s hardware and software components in detail, allowing for real-time monitoring and reporting of the industry safety management system. This paper depicts a novel method for analysing safety requirements in industries. For researchers and industry professionals, this technique will serve as a guide for doing precise analyses and evaluating safety factors based on priority.
