ABSTRACT

The nanotechnology and nanomaterial industry has gained a lot of accolades in the research and consumer field on account of their global market potential and diverse range of applications. Both biologically and synthetically synthesized nanomaterials (NMs) have their own scientific superiorities and limitations. Irrespective of the origin, both of the materials have laid their mark in the global industry. Commercialization of nanotechnology products possesses some constraints and setbacks. The global demand of nanomaterial industry lies in the field of drug delivery, electronics, and material science, aeronautical, and aerospace, construction, food, and agriculture industry, etc. The compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for the nanomaterial is always on the increasing side. The chapter presents an overview on the different application of the NMs and the dominating factors and market constraints.
