ABSTRACT
Scholarship registration is an important task for any college/institute/school/university administration where they need to fill out a digital form to enroll each student. This process takes too much effort and time and has a great margin of manual errors. In this chapter, we propose a solution for creating a smart scholarship registration platform by using robotics process automation (RPA) for students of schools/colleges/institutes/universities. RPA is an advanced solution by which a user can create a bot that updates this process automatically and removes the scope of errors as well. This platform provides a big relief for the administration and will save cost, effort, and time. RPA is an intelligent technology that is increasingly in use. It enables customers to automate, scrutinize, and manipulate the execution of repetitive processes with current interfaces and software applications without any error in the same manner a human does. By using a bot based on RPA technology, the registration procedure will be easy because a bot based on RPA automatically performs all the tasks related to registration form filling. It also takes minimum time in comparison to the traditional manual form-filling procedure, and students can also be registered on the scholarship portal. By using this smart platform, students receive an email of successful scholarship-form registration on the scholarship portal with the respective registration ID without any complexity.
