ABSTRACT
Formidable efforts in the maintenance and propagation of cells require strict adherence to established protocols in the laboratory and strict regulation of sterile conditions necessary for cell culture. Several such aspects include proper inspection and working of cell culture equipment, maintenance of cell culture consumables keeping their sterility and quality in mind, and routine checking of cultured cells for their authentication.
