ABSTRACT
Cell culture technology is a potential technology that involves diverse disciplines. Isolation of tissues and disaggregation into cells is an important step in primary culture. Many challenges in primary cell culture, such as isolation characterization and adequate growth and proliferation of cells, are often encountered here. This chapter describes the basic steps involved in the primary cell culture.
