ABSTRACT

The prism specimens of recycled coarse aggregate concrete with the replacement rate of a recycled coarse aggregate of 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, and 100% are designed. The influence of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate on the cyclic compressive properties is analyzed through a uniaxial cyclic compression test. The results show that the peak stress decreases and the peak strain increases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate. The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has no obvious effect on the plastic strain and stress degradation of the specimen. Based on the test results, the stress-strain curve equation and its simplified equation of recycled coarse aggregate concrete under uniaxial cyclic compression are proposed, which can provide a reference for the engineering application of recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
