ABSTRACT

In recent years, our country's prestressing technology has rapidly emerged. This paper relies on the two-way four-lane highway bridge project in the second section of Georgia E60 (F3). Based on the narrow space of the prestressed bridge fabrication site and the requirements of construction progress and safety quality, using Midas Civil 3D limited, Metasoft established a 105 m long steel strands tension finite element model. It studied the deformation and stress during the entire tension process in combination with on-site construction. It proposed the pre-tensioning method of super-long tension in multi-body beams in series, which achieved remarkable results, and economic benefits. It provided a certain reference to similar construction.
