ABSTRACT

According to statistics, more than 99% of the old buildings and 95% of the new buildings in China are high-energy consumption buildings. Building energy consumption reaches 46.7% of the total social energy consumption. The first prerequisite for producing green buildings is improving the construction methods of prefabricated buildings. In order to solve the application problem of mechanical hoisting equipment in prefabricated building construction, this paper analyzes the selection and installation of mechanical hoisting equipment in its construction and the connection with the main structure of the building. The methods and key points of the construction are combined with the actual situation of a prefabricated building project. The mechanical hoisting equipment studied in this paper was adopted in an archive complex building, saving about 1 million yuan in investment and one month ahead of schedule, which was well received by all parties involved in the construction. This study can provide a reference for relevant personnel.
