ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of highways in Chain, in order to deepen the protection of road safety, this paper comprehensively analyzes the research and application status of highway wave guardrail technology from the application of the theoretical model of guardrail research, the development of performance evaluation, and the improvement and optimization of guardrail structure. At the same time, combined with the existing research, it provides suggestions for the future development of the wave guardrail. The research results show that the corrugated guardrail can protect the roadside safety of the highway, and its optimization technology has achieved certain results. Future research can start from the aspects of materials, burial depth, and repair and propose optimized solutions with stronger applicability and safety.
