ABSTRACT

The Pengbu Bridge over the Qiantang River is the key project of the reconstruction of the Hangzhou urban section of the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway. It is a double-layer catenary-reinforced steel truss bridge. The bridge has a large amount of steel and many steel structure nodes, so it is difficult to design and manufacture quality, and it is difficult to control the accuracy of the pushing process. In this paper, digital manufacturing, virtual preassembly, assembly jacking construction, jacking intelligent monitoring, and so on are taken as the technical breakthrough points, and the key technologies for the construction of stiffened steel truss bridges on double-layer catenary are summarized, which can provide technical reference for other similar Bridges.
