ABSTRACT

It is currently difficult to pinpoint the source of water leakage in the waterproof exterior walls of existing buildings. At the same time, intelligent detection and identification of the level of damage have yet to meet standards. This paper uses 5G-enabled infrared thermal imaging and HD camera drones to detect exterior wall defects, as well as the development and application of intelligent survey, diagnosis, and repair systems for waterproof exterior walls of existing buildings. A new type of self-repair coating has also been developed for integrated coating and insulation of exterior walls, along with green repair technology for outdoor wall decorative panels. The results show that the 5G-enabled intelligent diagnosis and repair system can quickly and accurately identify exterior wall leakage, providing real-time data and remote consultation with experts. The intelligent diagnosis system for exterior wall leakage can further improve the development of green repair technology for exterior wall leakage in existing buildings.
