ABSTRACT

Reinforced soil slope has been widely used in geotechnical engineering. This paper continues exploring the possible reasonable sliding mode of reinforced soil slope under the inclined slice limit analysis theoretical framework. The results show that the most likely failure mode of the spacing of reinforcement materials commonly used in the corresponding engineering practice will return to the Coulomb mode of the corresponding linear sliding surface. This analysis method, with a clear concept and simple method, can provide a reliable and practical means for the design of reinforced soil slopes.
