Aiming at the problems that the existing immersed pipe foundation bed equipment is restricted by inland rivers, it is unable to pass, the construction cost is high, and the ship moving efficiency is low. Based on the Yuliangzhou section of the Xiangyang east-west axis road project and based on automatic centralized control and satellite positioning technology, a foundation bed leveling construction equipment using rotatable riprap pipe floating barge + automatic anchoring system + leveling equipment is designed, which realizes the high-efficiency and high-precision construction objectives of free navigation in the inner river basin and foundation bed leveling of the immersed tunnel. The field application shows that the leveling equipment can reduce the displacement time of the leveling ship from the conventional 20 min to 3 min, and improve the construction efficiency by about 5 times. The positioning accuracy of the construction ship can be controlled within 10 cm, and the leveling accuracy can be controlled within ±4cm, which provides technical support for the project.
