ABSTRACT

The production and installation planning of prefabricated bridge components have many constraints. With few software support in the industry, the planning needs the experience to calculate manually, but errors often affect the construction period. In this paper, the prefabricated beam is selected as an example to analyze the factors affecting the production and installation progress and the balance between supply and demand. It uses Pseudocode to describe the algorithm of experience that developers can refer to and develop the algorithm into a smart management system for the production and planning of prefabricated beam. In this way, the project member can use the tool to automatically calculate the planning quickly and efficiently and make dynamic adjustments in combination with the actual situation on site so as to achieve intelligent control over the production, storage, and installation of prefabricated beams and save a lot of manpower and material resources.
