ABSTRACT

In order to study the flexural performance of ecological ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) prepared by replacing quartz powder with steel slag powder, the orthogonal test method was used to optimize the design of the fitting ratio of steel slag UHPC, and the flexural strength tests were carried out under different fitting ratios in order to investigate the effect of four factors of silica fume, steel slag power, river sand and steel fibres on the flexural strength of steel slag UHPC. The test results show that the volume dosing of steel fibres has the most significant effect on the flexural strength of the steel slag UHPC. In contrast, the dosing of river sand and steel slag powder has a greater effect, and the dosing of silica fume has a smaller effect. The flexural strength of UHPC increases and then decreases with the amount of silica fume, river sand and steel fibres, decreases and then increases as the amount of steel slag powder mixed increases.
