Residential quarters, in addition to providing residential functions, bear more social significance. Especially during the epidemic period, a small residential community is a small social collective. If the city is compared to a living body, then the community is the cells that make up the living body. In the era of the epidemic, the residential area has become a container for people during the city's lockdown period, a distribution center for materials, information, and management. It can be said that if the epidemic situation in the community is well-managed. The built community lacks necessary supporting facilities, such as pharmacies, fitness venues, material distribution centers, and express processing facilities, and even the lack of planning and implementation of the routes for the epidemic personnel to walk. The untimely input and disorderly management have caused residents to complain more, physically starve, and bear the burden of the lockdown and restricted freedom in their hearts. The article uses the crawler technology, uses the data housekeeper to obtain the most urgently needed help information of the residents of the community, and generates the word cloud map through the word segmentation tool, from which the most urgent needs of the residents are the lack of materials. From the perspective of people's needs, plan and think about how to do community planning in the post-epidemic era and think about making planning contributions to people's most urgent needs. That is, in community support, epidemic prevention route setting, community green environment creation, apartment space design, etc. Changes to adapt to major event emergencies such as epidemics and even wars.
