ABSTRACT
It is considered that schools, colleges, and universities are the temples of knowledge. It is the source of information that is learned and used in everyday life. Knowledge workers are those who are working to explore new dimensions in this field, and this information is growing between students who may be summoned as future scientists. So, in this context, teachers can be known as knowledge workers. In our educational system, there are four types of universities, namely Government, Private, Deemed, and Central. Due to the pandemic, the educational system is changed a lot. Both students and teachers have to rely on online teaching for giving and receiving education. But everybody is not familiar with the online process, and as a result, they have to face problems with attending and giving lectures on online platforms. This chapter discusses the positive sides and the negative aspects of online teaching, both from the educator as well as the student’s point of view.
