ABSTRACT
The management and security of financial data through advanced technologies is a modern way to implement quality control of financial transactions including income, expenses, bank transfers, transactions, etc. They, in turn, require proper management, which can be accomplished through the use of integrated software solutions. Integrated software solutions refer to specialized programs for personal or group use (e.g. private companies, financial organizations, and others). Commercial software as well as open source software are available for use and they are free of charge. Specialized open source software allows access to scripts, as well as the reliability of applicable algorithms. Financial management software (FMS) is diverse in terms of its functionality, and it is important what file formats they work with and what they can generate as source data as a result of applied financial data. This report aims to cover in a single material the aspects and requirements related to the sustainable management of financial data, while paying serious attention to the software solutions that meet the needs. The report clearly presents a working model of financial data transfer and digital security generation through encryption.
