ABSTRACT
This paper presents a new image transformation scheme which is suitable and helpful for transmitting an image securely on network. This scheme is based on local piecewise image transformation, proposed an approximation algorithm which could transforms a given image to another one. The advantage of this approach is its security and puzzle.
