ABSTRACT

In this paper, we carried out a typical industrial environment of high temperature, high humidity, SO2, and CO2 under the alternating effect of concrete neutralization corrosion test, and studied the different water-cement ratio and fly ash admixture on the concrete quality change law, compressive strength change law, neutralization depth change law and the ion distribution law in concrete. The results showed that the neutralization depth of all specimens increased with the increasing number of corrosion cycles under the alternating action of SO2 and CO2, and the depth of neutralization of concrete specimens with a water-cement ratio of 0.57 and fly ash admixture of 30% in the same group was the largest, reaching 7.1 mm and 9.17 mm, respectively. The ion concentration is greater, the ion concentration decreases from the outside to the inside layer by layer until it is stabilized, and the stabilization depth increases with the number of corrosion cycles. The closer it is to the concrete surface, the more significant the growth of sulfate ions is.
