ABSTRACT

Compared with the traditional construction method, prefabricated buildings have more processes of design and production of prefabricated parts in the actual construction process, which requires a more detailed, collaborative, and lower error rate design based on the original design planning. Therefore, this paper takes the deepening design of prefabricated buildings as the research object and shows the practical application of BIM technology in the deepening design stage of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of the application characteristics of BIM technology and the integrated development of prefabricated buildings. The application advantages of BIM technology in the deepening design stage are introduced from the links and steps of BIM model construction, model depth determination, component splitting, component deployment optimization, information integration and database construction, and design drawing, and the practical value of BIM technology in the deepening design of assembly decoration buildings is expounded. It provides a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of prefabricated buildings, thus promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the prefabricated building industry.
