ABSTRACT

A long-span steel-concrete composite beam bridge of 83.5+135+98.5 =317 m is taken as the research background to study its construction technology. By comparing beam section schemes, the construction method of beam section slipping is selected. The implementation results show that the installation method of the sub-block and section can be divided into parts, reduce the hoisting pressure, and facilitate the hoisting and transportation of the beam segment. According to the bridge span, the support and structure form of different slipping areas can be divided. The beam section can be better installed. The trial slipping method is adopted to verify the mechanical state of the whole bridge and ensure the safety of the bridge structure. The application of this method can provide a reference for the construction of similar bridges.
