ABSTRACT
With the development of science and technology, many new technologies are being applied to our daily life, including the Internet of Things technology. The new generation of information technology plays an important role in intelligent buildings. Compared with the traditional building operation and maintenance management system, the intelligent building operation and maintenance system has the characteristics of energy saving, active management, rapid response, and so on. This paper mainly discusses the application and development of the Internet of Things and BIM technology in the building operation and maintenance management system through the actual investigation and document analysis.
