ABSTRACT

After the road is run over by vehicles for a long time, the cross slope of the road will produce a series of changes, which will seriously affect the safety of road transportation. In this study, the changes in the cross slope of the Shandong Binlai freeway and Zhejiang Hangshaotai freeway were investigated, and the variation of the cross slope was found. Before this, the impact of this part on safety had not been paid much attention to by scholars, resulting in rarely considering the impact on safety in previous models. This chapter studies the trend of performance variation of roads based on field experiments and literature analyses. In order to obtain the trend of performance variation of the road of various cross-sectional types, they used ADAMS analysis software to analyze the stress on the rod and provided the reference for the calculation of the safety speed of curved slope sections.
