ABSTRACT

Hospitals plays an important role in our lives as it provides a lot of facilities to everyone who are suffering from different diseases or any problems which occurs due to many things like climate change, work stress etc. This system presents an experimental investigation on the use of conversational interfaces (CIs) to help doctors to provide occupational health consultations. The CI was carried out using a chatbot assistant that send message with actual assistance and a web-based information dashboard. There were two different system designs created, the first employing proactive chatbots and the second using on-demand interactions. Eight healthcare consultations were used in a field trial to examine the efficiency of the recommended CI and the 2 different chatbot designs. Quantitative findings revealed that workplace health doctors were eager to use these technologies in their work, and the CI was well-liked as a reliable tool for use in medical consultations. The qualitative analysis of the data supported our design concept.
