ABSTRACT

Student achievement correlates strongly with teacher performance. Educational goals can be achieved when effective learning takes place, and this happens when instructors are proficient. The highest level of education is provided to the students, and a preliminary analysis of the state has been conducted. It wasn’t quite how I imagined it would be, but examining the teacher’s performance can be a captivating experience. In our research, we aim to enhance the quality of teacher performance through examination methods. The strength of personality, organizational culture, and achievement motivation are related to the way teachers perform. Correlation analysis was performed in this research. Statistical methods can provide insight into the relationship between variables. SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research Analysis of indicators) is a significant aspect of Education Management used for determining outcomes and making recommendations based on the research results.
