ABSTRACT
Hospitality Industry is a service-oriented industry aligned to serve guests, tourists, and customers with their altering requirements, service standards, expectations, and technological influences. In recent years, the technology has been immersive in the varying convenience and support apprehensions of the client, which the service providers have outmoded. The implantation of techno-based service tools in the industry is not the latest trend, nor the amusement of its features; however, the ground-breaking innovation and its applications in the hospitality industry has been potentially effective in raising the service standard and economically efficient. Multiple industries were using the robots in several fortes. However, the hospitality industry brought a real-life experience and a chance to rub shoulders with the robots to an ordinary man. Hospitality industries strive to delight customers by fulfilling their expectations, which invites multiple repeated actions with slight variations from time to time. The proper application of Robotics has transformed the industry and its processes, making it more 64accessible, convenient, and economically efficient. The chapter highlights practical implementations and their relative benefits and impediments.
